It is considered to be low to write about excretion and talk about it in society. But feces, as waste products, eliminated from our body, besides bacteria and microorganisms contain particles of our digestive tract, that means they are true product of our biological creative activity. When reading diaries of Salvador Dali, one can see artist paid special attention to his feces and observed them with interest as manifestation of his body creativity. Considering topic of toilets and its sanitary from global point of view, one can keep in mind absence of metaphysical  difference between nutritional inputs and outputs of our body as part of eternal energy circulation. Thoroughly washed apple we are chewing now accumulated range of layers of previous generations urine and feces, as well as air we breath, had multiple times come through millions of other lungs.
There is also social aspect of  problem.
They say, you can judge a nation by its toilets. Development of civilization and sanitation were always interconnected. Today I consider subject of clean, warm and convenient toilets to be as important as other social concerns like literacy, poverty, education and employment.
Afro-American top-model Waris Dirie in her autobiographical book describes the shock she got when coming back to Somali after years spent in USA, she visited normal Somali squat toilet with hordes of flies. At the territory of former USSR, one can see till now many squat public toilets, often very dirty with numerous writings at the walls, including curse and poems, which gives idea that process of excretion was always connected in mind of soviet people with literary activity.

It seems also railway lavatories have never been clean in this country. The first water closet in Europe was installed in 1860 in the rooms of Queen Victoria in Coburg, Germany, and queen was the only one who was allowed to use it.
I wonder, why there are so a few free public conveniences in Vienna, and especially conveniences for women? During my long raids as street photographer, I was often confronted with the problem of fruitless search for them. Situation was much better in provincial Graz.
Many public toilets have nowadays so-called Euroschließsystem with 50 cents coin lock, otherwise person of responsibility sits inside and takes the same fee. Automatic lock helps you preserve your privacy, as communication to lady in charge gives strange nuances to the process of urinating in close vicinity to supervision behind cubicle door, but locked door of toilet without personal is merciless in case you burst out and can not find 50 cents to insert in the slot.
Women tend to have more problems with bladder as result of suppressed urination, and need more time for whole affair, though there is always equal quantity of loos for both genders, plus pissoirs exclusively for men, why during festivities the line to lady’s room is always doubled.
Many cafes and restaurants have cramped toilets with old facilities, in controversy to pompous showy atmosphere of main rooms. And every time confronted with problem of output needs, which can never be promptly satisfied in the city, I had a feeling of free energy flow inhibited, and also feeling of penalty I got for mere wish to urinate.
There was popular anecdote about Central Asian nomads, who came to socialism of soviet empire without being spoilt by urbanization.
Family of mountain shepherd got new flat in big city house. When he was asked how it was, he replied his family lived as before in nomad tent put it in the center of dining room. They say, it is not shameful to be poor. Poorest can obtain social security benefits. What is poverty in Austria, how it looks, tastes and smells? Apart from concept, I wanted to know this as personal experience. Being granted with work after five years of survival training in Graz, I felt myself enormously rich  being registered as poor in Vienna. Low income is inevitable lot for many emigrants. In case of Austrians, poverty is often life philosophy. Those whose income is lower than 893 euros are considered to be poor and can buy goods on lower prices in social supermarket. There I paid visit yesterday, hungry for new experiences.
It was crowd in front of gloomy building forty minutes before opening. This crowd spoke different languages and had shopping bags on the wheels. I felt curious about miraculous presents life had in store for me and found modest size of my bag regretful. Austrian woman nearby started talking to me, and I paid attention to her exquisite make-up and numerous silver rings. She told one must pay or wait, and she preferred the second. Eventually the first two visitors were let in the store, and after half an hour we together with silver lady reached the entrance, where joined new queue to registration office. I counted sufficient quantity of social workers around, who briskly moved forth and back in front of us, but line was moving on with speed of snail. Pale woman in front of me in long Muslim dress and scarf told she was close to faint after two hours of waiting. The dark young mother behind, had three small children, who shrieked playing run and catch, what added to whole turmoil. Meanwhile I was observing faces of buyers leaving store, and there was no air of satisfaction at them. They dragged their bags with listless expression.
After my patience was significantly strained and sweat flowed on my backside under cloths, I was let in registration room.
Middle-aged woman executed certain paper formalities and solemnly handing me the card as pass to happier reality told:
“Sie sprechen schon gut Deutsch”, and this struck me as assessment of my prosperity chances in Austria.
I rushed in the shop passage in haste and forgot to take the cart. Never mind. I never needed it.
Closer inspection of the store turned my joy in perplexity. I gained special card after considerable time and nerves sells loss, but I didn’t see what to buy.
Nightmare jeans, creams and spices, which didn’t justify even that low price, video and audio products, orientated at enigmatic audiences and in no way could be eaten, milk products with expired date, abundance of black bread, not replaceable for other needs…Examining all this, I was thinking about why many people put poverty and degenerated insensitivity in one row.
Does this scenery means that if you are poor, you are not more than tuff beast and cannot afford to be choosy? You must eat all that is eatable and ware all that is wearable. If your income is low, we will help you! To buy what nobody needs.
Visit to social market make you realize quickly that bargain is illusion, created by our own greed. This greed of bargain-seekers is exploited by shop-keepers. When you are convinced you make bargain you buy what you don’t need and give profit to shop. There is now such thing as free meal, alas.
Many goods in social market puzzled me by lack of practical usability and made an impression of pure waste. Such waste as result of producers dull taste and lack of mindfulness lays buried in the back-yards ready for recycling and when transferred at the shelves of market suddenly obtains holy glow of social aid.
After certain hesitation I decided for expired yogurt and cardboard folder with ridiculous picture on the top. I will keep my social market card here.

The volume of Russians arms sales abroad during nine months of the current year has considerably increased.
The export of Russian arms in 2007 was evaluated at $7.4 billion.
According to various estimates, Russia is included in the top three or top five of world’s leading arms exporters. The volume of arms export has been growing steadily during the recent years
Russia sells its military goods to 72 countries of the globe. India and China remain the traditional partners of Russia at this point, with 70 percent of the entire export.
The list of other large importers includes Algeria, Venezuela, Malaysia, Vietnam and Indonesia. Argentina may become an important consumer of Russian arms too. The country may purchase Russian helicopters, air defense systems and other weaponry.

When I look at myself and see small tummy and wrinkle promises in the corners of eyes, which were not there just a month ago, the signs of age don’t scare me more. This is new age of my inner transformations. There is certain cult of young appearance in the western culture. Some time ago I was talking to 25-years old Russian girl here in Vienna. Concerning relationships, they see our generation as ancient and lost, where last train was off decade ago and railways are dismounted. In my turn when I see young pretty girl in the street, I feel not envious, but pitiful. How many painful and disappointing things she must come through to reach my age and still continue to be enthusiastic about life.
When looking back I see existence as ascending process, where the movement forward toward new levels of knowing, the development of everyday experience is important.
Fresh young looks often regretfully indicate only starting stages of spiritual and intellectual development. Especially young pretty girls demonstrate intellectual deficiency, because they are treated by population as objects. They would not realize this until they reach certain age and lose brand new looks and reasons for brutal, egoistic and excessive interests of males. They see themselves as objects, because exceptional appearance prevents them from developing other human qualities western society does not encourage as it encourages glossy good looks

I decided to delete all my nude photos, as I go so quick forward and they don’t follow my pace. Besides I don’t want to give to male photographers anymore idea I seek casual intercourse. Men may believe woman exposes herself to tease and to get her portion of semen, while she exposes herself not to men, but to camera.

MOSCOW – Russia will deploy short-range missiles near Poland to counter U.S. military plans in Eastern Europe, President Dmitry Medvedev warned Wednesday, setting a combative tone that clashed with global goodwill over Barack Obama’s election.
In his first state of the nation speech, Medvedev blamed Washington for the war in Georgia and the world financial crisis and suggested it was up to Washington to mend badly damaged ties.
Echoing Putin, who made criticism of Washington, Medvedev used the speech in an Kremlin reception hall to cast Russia as a nation threatened by encroaching American military might.
“From what we have seen in recent years — the creation of a missile defense system, the encirclement of Russia with military bases, the relentless expansion of NATO — we have clear impression that they are testing our strength,” Medvedev said.
He signaled Moscow would not give in to Western calls to pull troops from Georgia’s breakaway regions of Abkhazia and South Ossetia, or rescind its recognition of their independence following the August war.
“We will not retreat in the Caucasus,” he said.

From my very childhood I was against any friendships or group gatherings on national grounds. There were also Kurds and Turks in Kyrgyzstan, where I was born. Besides of Kyrgyz, Russians, Koreans, Chinese and Germans. What is nationality? Only label of superfluous evaluation. I photographed young solders during national holiday in Heldenplatz on Sunday and was thinking why so many women fall for men in military uniform. It is thirst for strength and masculinity. Women can not see much of that in their actual husbands and partners. All society slides in homosexuality. Women become more and more competitive, ruthless, tough, and men, o, these Austrian men! More and more lazy, cowardly, impotent and talkative.

But all the same I like these odd creatures with balls. Some of them are really superior to women- from intellectual point of view. They are also often less mercantile than women. And they can be real friends.

Morning post brought newsletter from Vienna communist party with protest against demonstrative and exposure of corn-flowers in suit lapels by FPÖ members, pointing out to the fact that corn-flower was symbol popular among national-socialists in 1938. The demonstration of Nazi symbols is forbidden in Austria, so I can justify my public sexual arousal about Strache in military uniform only by anti-fascist objections of my designer activity. But if Mr. Strache could have something against this picture, I would delete it.

KPÖ (Wien) – Im Jahr 2006 erschienen die gewählten Abgeordneten der FPÖ zur ersten Sitzung des Nationalrates mit einer Kornblume am Revers. Die Kornblume war in Österreich im 19. Jahrhundert Markenzeichen der so genannten “alldeutschen Bewegung” von Georg Ritter von Schönerer. Nach dem Verbot der NSDAP durch Dollfuss im Jahre 1933 wurde sie das Symbol der illegalen Nazis vor dem “Anschluss” an Deutschland im Jahre 1938.

Es ist zu erwarten, dass die FPÖ-Parlamentarier bei der ersten Sitzung des neu gewählten Nationalrats am 28. Oktober 2008 abermals die Kornblume am Revers tragen werden. Die KPÖ wandte sich – als eine der drei Gründerparteien der 2. Republik – in einem Brief an Nationalratspräsidentin Barbara Prammer, in dem sie “mit aller Entschiedenheit gegen die Duldung dieses Verhaltens der FPÖ-Abgeordneten im Parlament” protestiert und dazu auffordert, dieses gegebenenfalls zu unterbinden.

Die BundessprecherInnen der KPÖ, Melina Klaus und Mirko Messner wörtlich: “Es spricht unserer Verfassung Hohn, zur Angelobung als Nationalrats-AbgeordenteR und somit zur Vereidigung auf “die volle Beachtung der Verfassungsgesetze und aller anderen Gesetze” der Republik – also auch auf das Verbotsgesetz – mit dem Symbol illegaler Nationalsozialisten aus der Zwischenkriegszeit zu erscheinen.

Eine derartige demonstrative Missachtung demokratischer Grundwerte im Nationalrat zu dulden, hieße, im österreichischen Parlament selbst die offene ideologische Nähe zum Nationalsozialismus zu dulden.”

His targets were people he either considered to be foreigners, or individuals “friendly to foreigners.”
Franz Fuchs claimed responsibility for his attacks and tried to give the impression of a larger organization.
In 1995, four Roma were killed with an explosive device which was attached to a sign that read “Roma zurück nach Indien”
At this stage Fuchs had obviously become paranoid. On October 1, 1997 he followed two women whom he believed were observing him. When police attempted to question him, he produced another explosive device which he had kept in his car, and detonated it in front of the policemen. His suicide attempt failed, but he lost both hands, and also injured a police officer. Fuchs was sentenced to life in prison. On February 26, 2000, Fuchs was found hanged with the cable of his electric razor in his prison cell in Graz.
Doubts remained whether Fuchs had actually committed his actions without any support from sympathizers.
Even more doubts remain concerning Fuchs’ death. How exactly a man without hands and under almost constant video survey could accomplish the manipulations with cable. Moreover, no prisoner is supposed to be in possession of anything (including belts and shoestrings) that could serve this purpose - most certainly not an electric cable.
