It is time to get rid of IE

The German government has warned web users to find an alternative browser to Internet Explorer for security reasons.
The warning from the Federal Office for Information Security comes after Microsoft admitted IE was the weak link in recent attacks on Google’s systems.Windows 7 gave users the ability to remove Internet Explorer 8 from the OS at all.
People familiar with the recent cyber attack on Google say as many as 34 companies were targeted by China-based hackers, including Adobe Systems Inc. and Yahoo. People in the Internet-security industry have named Symantec Corp.as also targeted.
The dispute between Google and China comes as the U.S. prepares to provide arms to Taiwan and Mr. Obama plans to meet with the Dalai Lama.
China could prevent Google from accessing Internet addresses in China. Such a move would represent the first real attempt to begin carving up cyberspace by national boundaries.
