Sehr ähnliche und zielführende Übungen finden sich auch in der buddhistischen Philosophie.
Lege Aufmerksamkeit und Achtsamkeit in alles was Du tust,so lautet ein Hinweis.
Toleranz -der Versuch auch andere zu verstehen und in ihren Eigenheiten zu akzeptieren!
Liebe die nichts mehr fordert-ein Idealzustand-denn wir alle wollen doch auch selbst geliebt werden.
Aber anstreben sollte man es- Liebe und Freundschaft zu schenken auch wenn man dafür nicht belohnt wird.
Versuchen wir´s.

Kultivierte Anmut oder Gracie- die Formulierung trifft es genau.
Das ist es auch was mir an reifen Frauen gefällt- aber auch unbedingt die Lachfalten um die Augen. Die möchte ich nicht missen.
Diese Anmut hast jede attraktive Frau wenn sie entspannt und nicht unzufrieden und hektisch ist. (Ich weis man kann nicht immer entspannt und zufrieden sein aber es bringt mehr als alles Geld.) Also seien Sie entspannt und gelassen und jeder kann Ihre gereifte und weibliche Ausstrahlungen spüren und schätzen. Diese Ausstrahlung und diese Wärme bedeuten Liebe. Das ist es, was Frau und Mann glücklich macht!
Ich muss sagen, es ist unsinnig auf junge Körper ohne Erfahrung eifersüchtig zu sein.
Akzeptieren Sie sich selbst ohne Kritik an Fehlern die nur Sie sehen, in Ihrem jetzigen „reifen Bestzustand“-(irgendwie schwierig eine treffende Formulierung zu finden) und Sie werden für Sie selbst und für andere strahlen. Das tun Sie ja an guten Tagen!
Also alles Liebe und strahlen Sie – und alles wird ein bisschen leichter
